Position Overview:
Auditec Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warranty Claim Processing Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with a prestigious Fortune 100 retail client, managing and processing warranty claims for equipment repairs across their distribution centers and warehouses. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for efficient problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Claim Processing: Review, verify, and process warranty claims for equipment repairs, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Data Entry: Enter and maintain warranty claim data in our internal systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Communication: Liaise with the client’s distribution centers and warehouses to gather necessary information and clarify claim details.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to warranty claims in a timely manner.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize all relevant documentation for warranty claims, including repair records and correspondence.
- Reporting: Generate and review reports on warranty claim status, trends, and metrics for internal and client use.
- Compliance: Ensure all warranty claims are processed in accordance with company policies, client guidelines, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Administrative support, data entry, or a related field is a plus. Experience with warranty or claims processing is a plus.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with database management systems.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
