Role Highlights
- Keep up to date with general product developments around the business, to tailor your conversations to inspire future clients to travel with us. In time you will have developed specific knowledge of each area in order to showcase to clients why we’re unique.
- Demonstrate a total commitment to customer service. It is your goal to ensure all clients are impressed by Audley from the outset whether they choose to travel with us or not.
- You need to enjoy and thrive in a fast paced, flexible and entrepreneurial environment.
It Would be Great If
- You have experience in lead generation or call center roles, thriving in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Comfortable with phone-based work as the core of your role.
- Passion for travel, demonstrated through personal adventures or industry experience.
- Efficient in handling high call volumes, meeting daily/monthly targets, and staying resilient under pressure.
- Skilled at connecting with clients and identifying their needs.
- Can tailor your style to different clients and situations.
- High initiative, positive attitude, and a true commitment to excellent customer service.
- Strong planning, attention to detail, and deadline-focused.

The Interview Process
Our interview process involves 3 main stages:
- One of our recruiters will review your application personally, and if successful we will invite you to complete a video assessment using a platform called HireVue. This provides an opportunity for you to answer some questions to help us explore your application further.
- A follow-up call with a recruiter to discuss next steps and share further details on the role.
- The last and final stage is an interview with two of our Global Travel Managers from the hiring team.
- Outcome and final feedback. We also encourage all candidates to provide us feedback, if they wish, to help us improve our recruitment process.
