Job Skills / Requirements
Starting salary: $43,888.00 - $47,528.00 annually. Lincolnshire Apartments. Will direct operation of a housing complex for low-moderate income families and other eligible individuals. Will develop and implement plans for administration of the complex and procedures for making housing assignments. Will review occupancy reports to ensure that applications, selection of residents, and assignment of dwelling units are in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. Will prepare operational budget requests, receive accounts, and disburse funds according to agency procedures. Will assist in making assignments to building and grounds maintenance staff. Will promote harmonious relations among residents, housing complex staff, and the community.
A high school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of experience in some form of housing industry is required. A bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or a related field and knowledge of grant/contract administration is preferred. Certification of Occupancy is required to be obtained within two years of employment and maintained.
