Audubon is currently seeking an OT Solutions Specialist to join our team. The OT Solutions Specialist plays a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting Operational Technology (OT) solutions across industrial control systems (ICS), process automation, and cybersecurity environments. This position focuses on integrating, securing, and optimizing OT infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient industrial operations. The OT Solutions Specialist will collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions that bridge the gap between traditional automation and modern cybersecurity best practices.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support OT security initiatives, including ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and corporate cybersecurity policies.
- Implement patch management, antivirus, and endpoint protection solutions for OT environments.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability management for OT networks and control systems.
- Assist with disaster recovery and backup strategies for critical OT assets.
- Participate in engineering design, commissioning, and startup of OT/automation projects.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop fit-for-purpose OT solutions for industrial clients.
- Support remote and on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system upgrades.
- Assist in technical documentation, SOP development, and best practice standardization.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Formal Cisco training as well as 5 years of relevant OT experience.
- Bachelor's Degree (engineering, computer science, etc.) preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing technical support environment.
- Experience with Cisco switch configuration and implementation.
- Experience with ICS/OT platforms (Rockwell, Honeywell, Yokogawa, Schneider, Siemens, Emerson, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, and industrial protocols.
- Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, API 1164, or other OT cybersecurity frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with SCADA, DCS, and PLC programming/troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Windows Server administration, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and active directory in OT environments.
- Cisco switch L2/L3 configuration and troubleshooting.
- Next Generation Firewall routing and zoning.
- Visio logical/physical network diagram drafting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex OT systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with engineering, IT, and operations teams.
- Ability to travel to client sites for project execution and system support.
- Preferred certifications: GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional), CISSP, CCNA, or equivalent.
