We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team. Duties
- Conduct research and collect data to support HR initiatives and decision-making processes.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage employee contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining documentation.
- Implement human capital management strategies to enhance workforce effectiveness.
- Facilitate talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
- Administer employee benefits programs, providing guidance and support to staff regarding their options.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient recruitment processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in human resources roles with a solid understanding of HR practices.
- Familiarity with payroll systems such as Kronos is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration and employee orientation processes.
- Excellent research skills for data collection and analysis.
- Proficient in talent management strategies and human capital management principles.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
