We are seeking an HR Generalist. You will manage the day-to-day operations of a human resources department. Perform a variety of tasks, including recruiting, onboarding, and administering benefits. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Source candidates, screen resumes, and facilitate interviews
- Onboarding: Create onboarding plans and educate new hires
- Benefits: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans
- Performance: Assist with performance evaluations, feedback, and goal-setting
- Training: Identify training needs, coordinate workshops, and support professional development
- Policies: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Employee relations: Address employee concerns, handle complaints, and promote a positive work environment
- Communications: Create and distribute internal communications
- Reports: Prepare reports to support decisions
