Office Administrator

Position Summary:

The Office Administrator is responsible for the efficient operation of the AUE Lending office. This person will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
  • Responsible for daily office operations, including but not limited to, supply ordering, equipment maintenance, and office tasks.
  • Responsible for setting office expectations and ensuring all staff follows through with expectations.
  • Responsible for assisting in the setup and breakdown of meetings and provide them to the senior leadership team.
  • Responsible for maintaining the security of the company's vehicles and property.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to change schedule as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods of time, bend, reach overhead, push, pull, and lift items up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Computer skills required. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office programs preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.68 - $25.02 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
