Dudum Real Estate Group is excited to add an Office Administrator to our Real Estate brokerage. The successful candidate will bring an amazing attitude and a detail-oriented skillset. This is a full-time position based in Danville and they will help foster a warm and collaborative environment. A Real Estate background is a major plus!

Responsibilities:
· Coordinates front office operations, ensuring consistent, daily on-site support and coverage, including answering phones, directing calls, and daily mail distribution
· Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
· Maintain office and tidy general areas (lobby, kitchen, conference room)
· Arrange for office repairs with the building maintenance company
· Ensure office supplies and marketing materials are fully stocked
· Check out A-frames, riders, supra boxes--keep track of inventory
· Provide general support to agents: printing flyers, assistance with MLS, bind CMA reports
· Computer/technical issues: resolving printer issues, troubleshooting tech glitches
· Back-up admin support for: sign installations and removals at properties
· Send out weekly reminder emails for office events, send out monthly emails for office (Trendgraphix data)
· Set up tech tools for guest speakers and organize individual office meeting
· Agent Onboarding: onboard new Realtors to ensure they are set up and understand company systems and protocols
· Assist with company and community events
· Collaborate with other Office Admins

Requirements:
· Our ideal candidate is an experienced manager, a quick problem-solver, and a positive team player
· 3 years of experience in an office management or administrative role
· Computer literate, Apple-MAC proficient, proprietary web-based applications
· Comfortable working with Mac and HP systems
· Comfortable learning new programs quickly and efficiently
· Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS office, Google Workplace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms), Dropbox, Asana, data entry and database maintenance
· Proficiency with Zoom and Calendly
· Excellent communication and organizational skills, critical problem-solving skills
· Use of proper spelling/grammar; solid written and verbal communication skills
· The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
Schedule:
· Monday-Friday/ 9-5pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24-27 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Benefits: Allowance towards health plans is offered.
