Job Description :
We are partnering with our client to find a highly organized and detail-oriented Records Management Specialist to join their team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for efficiently scanning, indexing, and uploading various records into the agency s retention database, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of document security and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities :
Scan, index, and upload records into the agency's retention database with accuracy and in accordance with company protocols.
Maintain and organize digital records for easy access, retrieval, and tracking.
Assist in managing the retention and disposal of records based on the agency s policies and retention schedules.
Adhere to privacy and confidentiality standards while handling sensitive documentation.
Work with various departments to ensure efficient and accurate document management processes.
Respond to internal and external requests for records, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 1 year of experience in records management or a related role.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in using office software and records management tools.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with records management software and systems.
Experience in scanning and digitizing physical records.
