Job Description
Augie's Building Services has been in business since 2007. Our team is continually expanding. We are currently searching for an Inside Sales Representative for the tri-county, Metro Detroit area. There are multiple opportunities to gain new business in these areas!
This position requires someone with the ability to uncover new opportunities, critically think and be able to problem solve. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter with a strong, outgoing personality. This position is heavily reliant on cold calling previous leads.
Job Type: Part-time
Shift: Monday-Friday 10am-4pm
Previous sales experience is required.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
· 2-4 years’ experience working in sales within various industries.
· Proactive problem-solver
· Adept at using interpersonal skills
· Confident and professional demeanor
· Strong communication skills both verbal and written
· Ability to utilize computer software including Microsoft Office
· Excellent organizational and follow up skills
· 4-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred
· Self-starter with Minimal Direction Required
Responsibilities and Job Duties
· Actively seek out new customer relationships
· Build long-lasting client relationships
· Collaborate with Management team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
· Create and follow up with current and prospective clients on proposals and presentations
· Cold Calling prospective clients
· Track down and meet with qualified prospects and convert them into customers
· Utilize creative and proactive Closing Skills
Compensation: Base salary plus commission concurrent with experience.
This is a Business Development/Sales position, traveling within the Metro Detroit area.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
