- Proven experience as an AI Specialist, Data Scientist, or similar role with hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI solutions.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, Java, or Scala.
- Solid understanding of machine learning techniques (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning), deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and natural language processing (NLP).
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
