- System Monitoring: Regularly review system performance metrics and logs to proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in application support, IT support, or a related role is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of application support and troubleshooting. Familiarity with database queries and scripting languages is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
