- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and develop effective continuity plans.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare documentation, reports, and deliver training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
