- Develop and implement client service policies and procedures to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze client feedback, service metrics, and performance data to identify areas for improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in client services or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and handle challenging client situations effectively.
- Proficiency in client management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
