Accounting and Client Services Manager

Salary: $65,000 - 70,000 annually

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting and Client Services Manager to join our team. This individual will provide exceptional service and accounting support, specializing in A/P and A/R functions. • Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Handle QuickBooks check writing, deposits, and revenue tracking.
• Interface directly with clients to address their needs and provide solutions.
• Conduct general administrative and office tasks, including filing and record maintenance.

• Experience: At least 5 years in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise (Desktop), Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Skills:
