- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports the organization’s growth and business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team, setting clear goals and providing guidance to ensure effective recruitment processes.
- Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and partnerships with external organizations and agencies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Develop and promote the employer brand to attract top talent and position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies and managing a high-performing recruitment team.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
- Proficiency in recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
