Key Responsibilities
- Treasury Operations Management: Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash management, forecasting, and financial modeling. Ensure the optimal allocation of cash resources and efficient management of working capital.
- Liquidity Management: Develop and implement strategies to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs. Monitor cash flow forecasts and manage short-term borrowing and investment activities.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and credit risks. Implement hedging strategies and use financial instruments to mitigate risks.
- Debt Management: Manage the company’s debt portfolio, including negotiating and structuring debt agreements, monitoring compliance with covenants, and optimizing the capital structure.
- Banking Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders. Negotiate terms for loans, lines of credit, and other financial services.
- Investment Management: Oversee the company’s investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and risk tolerance. Monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) is preferred.
- Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in treasury management, corporate finance, or a related field. Prior experience in a leadership role is required.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and economic principles. Expertise in cash management, investment strategies, and risk mitigation.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic decisions.
