- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasts; provide insights and analysis to support business planning and performance evaluation.
- Accounting Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Audit & Compliance: Coordinate and support internal and external audits; ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance and trends; provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the accounting team; foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems; strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls; familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
