- HR Systems and Technology:
- Manage HR systems, including HRIS, payroll systems, and other HR technology platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems and drive system improvements as needed.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and other users of HR systems.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Oversee the administration of payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee compensation.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure effective delivery of payroll and benefits services.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices to identify and mitigate risks.
- Manage the preparation and submission of required compliance reports, such as EEO-1, OSHA, and other filings.
- Employee Relations and Support:

- Oversee the resolution of employee inquiries and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.

- Continuous Improvement:

- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and other HR technology platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and make decisions based on data and insights.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
