Description : HR Support
Assists with all internal and external human resources related matters.
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and / or sensitive matters to the VP, People.
Ensures each restaurant location has a current Federal and State labor poster.
Responds to unemployment claims.
Responds to W2 requests.
Assists VP, People with annual enrollment process.
Monitors E-Verify and alerts VP, People, and RDO of needed action.
Tracks I-9 re-verification and alerts the General Manager and RDO of needed action.

Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR / Training, Management or similar preferred
2 years experience in restaurant operations, training and development preferred
Results-oriented and self-starter who enjoys a challenge.
Strong experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
