About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role is integral to supporting our mission and will provide a broad range of HR services to both our clients and our internal operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for delivering HR solutions, strong communication skills, and a knack for juggling multiple HR projects at once. This role is a mix of hands-on HR work and thoughtful project coordination, making sure initiatives are well-organized, stay on track, and deliver value to both our clients and our internal team.
What You Will Do:
Client Support:
General Client Support:
- Collaborate with clients to support their unique HR needs, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
- Provide guidance on HR best practices and serve as a trusted advisor to client teams.
- Assist with building HR infrastructure, including policy development, job leveling frameworks, and performance management systems tailored to client goals.
- Take the lead on HR projects for clients, like improving processes, keeping things compliant, and supporting organizational changes. You'll help make sure everything runs smoothly, stays on track, and meets each client's unique needs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws for diverse client organizations.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist with and occasionally manage end-to-end recruitment processes for internal roles and client organizations, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
- Lead onboarding initiatives to create seamless transitions for new employees, ensuring engagement from day one.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and providing solutions that align with company and client cultures.
- Assist clients in resolving sensitive employee relations issues, escalating where necessary.
- Provide document support, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining records related to employee relations matters, onboarding and offboarding, disciplinary actions, and policy compliance.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Support clients with benefits administration, including enrollments, renewals, and employee education.
- Manage HR compliance projects, including reviewing policies, reducing risks, and setting up new systems.
- Track HR metrics and generate insightful reports to inform decision-making for clients and internal operations.
Training & Development:
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and compliance-related education for clients and their teams.
- Partner with clients to design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and development.
- Organize training programs and projects by setting clear goals, timelines, and steps to make sure they’re effective and impactful.
Internal Support:
- Contribute to the development of new service verticals, such as mentorship programs and coaching circles as well as actively support the general expansion of the company’s offerings and impact.
- Support and drive consistency in process, resourcing and branding across company collateral and tooling.
- Develop clear company communication cadences that support internal alignment and external company brand.
- Drive project management in all areas of client and internal projects using Asana and other client specific tracking software or documentation.
- Generally be ready for anything! We are a growing company with a small team and have quickly pivoting needs so priorities and needs can quickly change.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or equivalent HR experience.
- Strong working knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and employment laws across various industries.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across diverse teams.
- Hands-on experience seeing HR projects through from start to finish, making sure they align with business goals and make a real impact.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Rippling, or similar), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
