Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis: Assist in analyzing financial data and preparing reports to support decision-making. Identify trends, variances, and key insights to inform business strategy.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering and analyzing data. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review.
- Operational Support: Help in monitoring financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation processes, and cash flow management. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
- Data Management: Maintain and update financial databases and systems. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial records and reports.
- Strategic Projects: Contribute to special projects related to financial strategy and operations. Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and process improvements.
- Compliance & Reporting: Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Prepare documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other finance team members and cross-functional departments to support business goals and resolve financial issues.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, financial operations, or a similar role. Internship experience may be considered.
