Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis: Assist in the preparation of financial models, forecasts, and budgets. Analyze financial performance and identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Support the development of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed for management.
- Budgeting: Assist in the creation and management of departmental and organizational budgets. Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
- Data Management: Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial reports and analyses.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field. Internships or relevant coursework can be considered.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Familiarity with financial planning software and ERP systems is a plus.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
