Junior Financial Analyst - Financial Strategy And Planning

Position Overview

As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will support the Financial Strategy and Planning team in analyzing financial performance, forecasting future financial trends, and providing insights to drive strategic decision-making. Your role will involve data analysis, report generation, and assisting in the development of financial models and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and presentations for management.
• Support the development and maintenance of financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the creation of financial and strategic plans to support business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights.
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budget and forecasts.
• Participate in the preparation of ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or financial planning (internships or entry-level roles considered).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
