Key Responsibilities
- Investment Strategy: Develop and execute the firm’s investment strategy, identifying new investment opportunities and sectors for growth.
- Deal Sourcing: Lead efforts in sourcing, negotiating, and closing investment deals, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and operational support to maximize value creation.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing investment team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
