Key Responsibilities
- Investment Strategy: Develop and execute the firm’s private credit investment strategy, identifying attractive investment opportunities across various sectors.
- Sourcing and Underwriting: Lead the sourcing and underwriting of private credit deals, including direct lending, mezzanine financing, and distressed debt investments.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage existing investments, conducting regular performance reviews and risk assessments to optimize portfolio returns.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of analysts and associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, borrowers, and other key stakeholders to drive fundraising and deal flow.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and potential investment risks.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in private credit, investment banking, or related fields, with a demonstrated track record of successful deal execution.
