Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a diversified portfolio of private credit investments, including direct lending, mezzanine financing, and distressed debt.
- Investment Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities, assessing creditworthiness and risk factors.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the firm's objectives, ensuring optimal asset allocation and risk management.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly review portfolio performance, analyze market trends, and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary to enhance returns.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in private credit, investment banking, or related financial services.
- Proven track record of managing private credit portfolios with a strong understanding of credit analysis and risk management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and present complex information clearly.
