Key Responsibilities
- Investment Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in private credit across various sectors, utilizing your network and market knowledge.
- Due Diligence: Lead the due diligence process, including financial analysis, credit assessments, and risk evaluations, to determine the viability of investment opportunities.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage an existing portfolio of investments, monitoring performance, conducting regular reviews, and recommending strategic actions to maximize returns.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, sponsors, and other key stakeholders to enhance business development efforts.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and fostering professional growth within the team.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes impacting private credit and provide insights to inform investment strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in private credit, investment banking, private equity, or related fields.
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing private credit transactions.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of credit analysis and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
