Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Qualification: Research and qualify leads to create sales opportunities by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers to drive interest in Augmentjobs' products and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine strategies for target prospecting.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM and provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.
- Meeting Goals: Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales development or similar role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of Augmentjobs.
- Research Skills: Proficient in using research tools and techniques to gather and analyze customer information.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage and track leads.
