Location: Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid – Onsite 3 times a week)

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Sales SDR/AE to join our team, specializing in healthcare clients. This role combines managing inbound leads, converting prospects into clients, and building strong relationships while driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

 Manage inbound client queries and convert leads into customers.

 Build and nurture client relationships with excellent communication.

 Make cold calls to identify and develop new opportunities.

 Upsell and cross-sell solutions to maximize client value.

 Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.


Requirements:

 Experience in healthcare sales is a must.

 Strong relationship-building skills and communication abilities.

 Proven track record in lead conversion and client management.

 Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment (onsite 3 days/week).
