- Oversee the development of comprehensive financial models, budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Manage the preparation and presentation of financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs), to senior management and stakeholders.

- Strong proficiency in financial planning software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing and managing high-performing FP&A teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and guide executive decision-making.
