- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality IT candidates.
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry professionals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to effectively advise on recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on the IT industry.
- In-depth knowledge of IT roles and industry standards.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
