What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Recruiter position at True Anomaly?
YOUR MISSION
As a Technical Recruiter at True Anomaly, you have the unique opportunity to build teams across the company and impact a significant wave of growth as we deliver against an ambitious and important mission. Your work will be hands-on and will involve collaborating across highly technical teams to scope and deliver on the hiring needs of the company. We are looking for someone who can handle every aspect of recruiting and is excited to be part of a small team where no task is too big or too small.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy
- Source and identify highly qualified talent across multiple technical disciplines including spacecraft hardware (mechanical, electrical, test) and software engineering
- Own candidate experience through the recruiting process from identification, interview, negotiation, close, and onboarding
- Cultivate employee referrals and build pipelines of exceptional candidates for future growth
- Maintain ATS data and challenge the status quo for excellence against SLAs while maintaining the highest quality bar
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, with experience filling roles on teams across the business.
- Experience working at a technology-focused start-up is preferred; Defense, National Security, or Aerospace experience is a big plus.
- You have the ability to impact roles at all levels – including senior/principal engineers and management
- Demonstrated experience delivering against a rigorous timeline and balancing prioritization of at least 7 open roles concurrently
- Project management experience, working across multiple business groups to support hiring initiatives including pipeline creation/management
- Provide best in class customer service to both hiring managers, candidates, and referrals
- Ability to accurately present candidates to internal teams; influence decisions by acting as the subject matter expert on True Anomaly
- Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills; experience delivering impactful and concise messaging to candidates, hiring managers, and teams
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $110,000-$165,000
- Equity Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave
