Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Proactively research and identify potential clients to establish new partnerships.
- Conduct strategic outreach to engage prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Develop and deliver customized sales presentations to demonstrate Kinect’s recruitment services.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent Kinect and build connections.
- Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Source, screen, and engage high-caliber candidates for open roles across various industries.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future client needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.
- Act as a career advisor to candidates, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Account Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their hiring needs are fully understood and addressed.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Collaborate with clients to craft tailored recruitment strategies that deliver top-tier talent.
- Monitor client satisfaction and provide regular updates on search progress, placements, and outcomes.
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and candidates to support successful placements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-desk recruiting / staffing.
- Proven track record of success in business development and talent acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional time-management abilities and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in an independent work environment.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
