Key Responsibilities :
- Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management : Utilize Workday to streamline applicant tracking, optimize hiring workflows, and maintain accurate data.
- High-Volume Recruiting : Execute end-to-end recruiting in high-volume environments, focusing on roles such as Front End / Back End Engineers, Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud, Cyber, Product Managers, UX / UI, Design, Product, Machine Learning, and AI professionals.
- Pipeline Building : Develop extensive pipelines of passive candidates through targeted research, networking, direct sourcing, cold calling, advanced web-based sourcing, internet postings, professional associations, and referral programs.
