Summary :
We're seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter to source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent for mission-critical positions in the aerospace industry. As the first point of contact for many candidates, you'll represent our company with professionalism, pride, and enthusiasm.Key Responsibilities :
Partner with internal teams to discuss hiring needs, strategies, and feedback
Screen and source candidates for various technical positions
Recommend top candidates to hiring teams and coordinate interviews
Conduct candidate tours and attend interviews as an additional evaluator
Manage the offer process, including background checks and negotiations
Daily activities may include :
Meeting with client groups to discuss hiring strategies
Screening applicants and sourcing passive candidates
Coordinating onsite interviews and candidate experiences
Building and maintaining candidate pipelines
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree and 1 years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2 years of experience; or 3 years of professional recruiting experience
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with teams
Strong initiative and task completion skills
Preferred Qualifications :
2 years of technical recruiting experience, particularly in aerospace, electrical, or mechanical engineering
Experience with in-house and high-volume recruiting
Ability to interface with director and VP level technical leaders
Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates
Analytical skills for evaluating recruiting data and distinguishing top talent
