What You'll Do :

As a Hospitality Associate at August Real Estate Co., you will be integral in delivering exceptional service to our residents and guests. Your responsibilities will include :

Customer Service Excellence : Be the first point of contact for residents, prospective tenants, and visitors. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting everyone with a warm, welcoming attitude and ensuring a positive experience.
Hospitality Assistance : Help coordinate and support hospitality events and community activities. Ensure that all guests and residents feel welcomed and valued.
Administrative Support : Assist with paperwork, filing, and maintaining accurate records. Ensure that all documents are organized and up to date.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with the hospitality team to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns or issues that arise.
