What You'll Do
- Engage property management companies managing HOA and multi-family properties, focusing on building long-term, project-rich relationships.
- Lead our strategic sales process, from knocking on doors to securing bids and building rapport for continuous project opportunities.
- Hit quarterly revenue targets and drive a minimum of $1.6 million in new project value in your first year.
- Represent August Roofing and Solar at events, board meetings, and industry associations (CAI), making us the top choice for roofing projects.
- Leverage company resources, tools, and marketing support to build a client roster and achieve bid goals.
- Weekly Salary of $1320 per week plus commissions - no cap
