We are actively seeking a qualified individual for the position of OMHC Director to join our team on a part-time basis. This hybrid role offers a flexible work arrangement, providing a balance between in-office and remote responsibilities. Candidates must hold either an LCPC or LCSW-C credential.
Requirements:
- LCPC or LCSW-C License required
- Proven experience in mental health program management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- In-depth knowledge of mental health regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- 3 years or more of supervisory experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience in behavioral health assessments, treatment/discharge planning, and evaluation of outcome-based system measures
- Extensive knowledge of the public behavioral health system
- Professional communication and collaboration skills and relationships across disciplines, settings, and situations
- Responsiveness & initiative to facilitate system integration and expansion efforts
- Experience with independently taking on new tasks and responsibilities in a proactive way
- Able to make productive contributions through talent, knowledge, skills, and good work habits
