Description
Augusta Country Club is hiring a Maintenance Technician II who will deliver professional service and solutions in support of both short-term and long-term business goals of the company. This is a permanent fulltime position which will require weekend and holiday work as necessary. Competitive compensation and benefits provided.
When requested, will work closely with and/or under the direction of the Director of Maintenance and to complete or assist with facilities maintenance projects which may include:
- Extensive carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC repair methods and standards
- Basic electrical skills-Troubleshooting and repair
- Mastery of tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair work
- Roofing
- Painting and preparation
- Pressure Washing
- Resolving other misc. maintenance issues
Qualifications
HVAC Certification
Valid driver's license
2 YRS HVAC Experience
Pass Drug Screening
