We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the community. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs to the management.
- Conduct deep cleaning tasks as required, such as carpet cleaning and window washing.
- Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist in the community of storage areas and ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained.
Skills
- Proven experience in custodial work or housekeeping is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment.
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and guests.
- Ability to launder items properly, understanding fabric care requirements.
- Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
