Position Overview
In this full-time role, you will be an integral member of the sales team working on solidifying membership accounts with local businesses in the area, you will also hold a group event sales goal as well.
You will be responsible for selling new season seat memberships and further working as a contributor with the businesses you support and sell individually a portion of a sales and hospitality goal for groups in the season. There is a significant revenue goal this position is required to achieve and solidify, therefore you must come to the table with specific ticket sales experience.
This is both a sales and service position, and you should not apply unless you are interested in really making a career in sales and service blended together in a MILB team.

Essential Job Functions
- Meet all sales goals assigned.
- Speak with business decision-makers, consistently meeting the weekly goals for sales appointments and connects.
- Master all sales presentations (taught in sales training), tailoring packages according to each client's needs.
- Handling objections skillfully in an effort to bring in new membership accounts and selling our business as a membership program and NOT JUST SEATS.
- Provide customer service to existing accounts.
- Make phone calls during the season and off-season to ensure personalized, continual contact with members.
- Work with the Box Office to update sales reports and handle the details of your accounts.
- Complete any customer service an operational duties in season as assigned.
- You must work all games as your members will be expecting contact from you in games.
- The ideal candidate will not only have specific ticket sales skills, but further have the ability to grow into a senior role within two years and become a leader.
- Experience specifically selling season seats, mini plans or group tickets for a sports organization in a full-time role.
- We will not consider any applicants that sold single game tickets at box office windows, as experience, alone.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
