Corporate Partnerships and Suite Services Fulfillment Internship (Starts February 2025)

•  The ideal candidate will have graphic design experience as we will have you work on some graphic related projects in order to support our corporate sponsor initiatives.
• The work you create will include contributions to social media, website, and email content in addition to supporting corporate sales activation. 
• You will learn to have a deep understanding of what the role of a marketing department plays in an MILB team and how it supports all corporate sponsorship efforts.
• You will interact with each department in our team to ensure that all sponsor related fulfillment takes place.
• You will work closely with all of our partners and provide specific suite level service for our partners that have suites and premium seating in our stadium, every game.
• You will assist Marketing Director and Managers with planning and execution of GreenJackets Theme Nights that connect with our sponsors.
• You will design and produce art for various creative initiatives such as, but not limited to: social media and digital ads, print and billboard signs, stadium operational signage and corporate partnership assets, promotional items/packaging, sales collateral and materials.
• You will develop engaging content for the GreenJackets social media platforms including, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn that support corporate sales.
• All your projects are deadline driven.
• You further will assist with video game day prep working ensuring that all corporate sponsorship collateral is ready for game day.

• To be considered for this role you must be a May 2024 graduate or have an anticipated graduation December 2024 from a college or university sports management, or marketing/communications related field. 
• If you need this role to graduate in May 2025, that is acceptable, however you must be present starting February 2025 in our team on a daily basis.
• This position requires you are present for every GreenJackets home game, as well as occasional special events held at SRP Park, as assigned by their manager, which can include long hours, weeknights, weekends, in various weather conditions.
• You must have working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite.
• You must have knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• You must be self-motivated attitude with ability to work independently with little supervision to achieve marketing goals during GreenJackets games.
• Strong detail-orientation coupled with strong time management skills required.
• Ideally you understand service and the value of how a partner should be treated by a business.
