What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occupational Health Specialist position at Augusta Health Brand?
Assists with the coordination of all Occupational Health daily operations and records by entering appropriate data, AR/AP, maintaining office forms and supplies, assisting at clinic, maintenance of company records, record retrieval/copying, etc., as well as being proficient in SYSTOC EMR. Responsible for billing duties in the office; posting payments and invoicing. Coding background preferred but not required. Administrative Assistance duties required as needed daily.
Work hours Monday through Friday 8-4:30 pm.

Education Requirements
* High School Diploma Required
Experience Requirements
* Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
* Medical office experience preferred.
* Occupational Health program experience a plus.
Skill Requirements
* Requires fluent English and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Computer/date entry experience.
* Process strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Requires complex and variable mental effort, with many interruptions – must be able to multi-task.
