Description
Assists with the coordination of all Occupational Health daily operations and records by entering appropriate data, AR / AP, maintaining office forms and supplies, assisting at clinic, maintenance of company records, record retrieval / copying, etc., as well as being proficient in SYSTOC EMR. Responsible for billing duties in the office; posting payments and invoicing. Coding background preferred but not required. Administrative Assistance duties required as needed daily.
Work hours Monday through Friday 8-4 : pm.
