What are the responsibilities and job description for the Specialty Projects Coordinator - Nursing position at Augusta Health Brand?
Position performs project management duties, facilitate nursing quality initiatives, coordinate short-term projects, and incorporates evidence-based practice into nursing practice throughout the nursing division. Maintains excellent communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth running of all projects. Has experience in Project Management and is able to lead a multidisciplinary team.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field (prefer nursing)
Experience:
- Project Management experience
- Management, Team Lead, or other equivalent leadership experience
- Experience creating and managing project budgets and financial reporting
- 3 years minimum Hospital experience
- Clinical Nursing experience preferred
- 5 years Hospital experience preferred
