What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Farm Manager position at Augusta Health?
The Assistant Farm Manager is responsible for assisting in all operational aspects of the Augusta Health Farm, including, but not limited to : seed starting, planting, performing farm maintenance, harvesting, post-harvest processing, delivering crops and maintaining records. The Assistant Farm Manager will help coordinate the Augusta Health Farm weekly point of sale markets and community benefit programming.
Formal Education : None required, high school diploma or GED preferred
Experience : One-two seasons of farm production experience and a basic understanding of agriculture.
