Duties
- Perform tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
- Execute hardscape installations, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Maintain landscapes by mowing lawns, irrigating plants, and applying fertilizers as needed.
- Operate power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Provide snow plowing services during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to quality standards.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with tree trimming techniques and hardscape installation is a plus.
- Ability to operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers safely.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and maintenance practices is beneficial.
