Performance Pay $18-$25 per Hour

AVERAGE PAY for first year Team members is $20-25/hr.* The harder and smarter you work, the more money you make. You will have a base Hourly Rate of $18* per hour PLUS the opportunity to earn more each day based on production!

We are growing quickly and are looking for team members to promote from within for management positions ($70,000 average). This is the perfect position for someone with a growth mindset, looking to get into management in under two years time! Our average manager was a team member for 4 months before taking over a location!

Requirements:

Starting wage:$18 per hour plus bonuses

Quarterly Profit Sharing (10%)
