Committed to delivering high-quality care to the community, the practice is seeking an experienced and strategic Practice Administrator to join their leadership team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the practice and address operational issues as they arise
- Foster and maintain strong, productive relationships with physician and support their operational needs
- Review and present financial statements to physician partners; analyze trends and develop strategies for growth
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial and performance reports
- Serve as the main point of contact for consultants, vendors, landlords, IT services, and practice management system providers
- Monitor billing and collections, analyze accounts receivable, and maintain effective communication with billing staff
- Lead recruitment, development, and performance evaluation of all employees
- Manage all managed care relationships, including contract negotiations, credentialing, and reimbursement monitoring
- Identify and lead new business development and growth opportunities
- Act as liaison with hospitals, health plans, insurance companies, and regulatory bodies
- Resolve medical-administrative issues and promote open communication and a healthy clinic atmosphere
- Champion patient satisfaction and serve as a support resource for patients and their families when necessary
- Oversee clinical operations in coordination with the Clinical Supervisor, with a focus on healthcare outcomes and quality
- Assist with qualitative reporting and performance improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement guidelines for staff prioritization, performance evaluation, and resource allocation
- Perform other duties as assigned by the practice
Qualifications:
- Three years experience in a healthcare practice management or administrative leadership role
- Strong understanding of financial management, human resources, and healthcare operations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, resolve conflict, and implement strategic growth initiatives
- Familiarity with practice management systems and healthcare compliance standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in a specialty medical practice environment
